1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the site and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not proceed. You must be of legal age to use our services, and by using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. General Purchases & Fees

  • Most products (e.g., darts supplies) can be purchased without membership.
  • Certain services, events, or activities may require registration fees or other charges, which must be paid as specified.
  • All purchases and fees are subject to availability and pricing changes. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order if there are discrepancies in pricing or availability.

3. Exclusive Purchases & Membership

  • Member-Only Offers: Purchases of discounted items, exclusive products, or participation in certain activities require an Ordinary Membership. By completing these transactions:
    • You confirm your membership status or agree to enroll as a member.
    • You authorize us to verify your eligibility using the provided data.
  • Membership Duration & Renewal:
    • Ordinary Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation and will automatically renew unless the user submits a formal withdrawal request before the renewal date.
    • If a user holds a higher-tier membership (e.g., Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and does not renew after one year, they will revert to Ordinary Membership instead of losing membership entirely.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including membership fees and registration fees, unless otherwise stated.

4. Facility & Service Access

  • Access to our facilities, services, and those of our affiliated partners (e.g., shops, clubs, and event venues) requires a valid Ordinary Membership.
  • We reserve the right to deny access if:
    • Your membership has lapsed or is inactive.
    • Your provided data is incomplete or unverifiable.
    • You violate our code of conduct, safety protocols, or facility-specific policies.
  • Affiliated partner facilities and services may have their own terms and conditions, and by accessing them through your membership, you agree to comply with their rules as well.

5. Event Participation

  • Event registrations require an Ordinary Membership.
  • Users must pay the registration fee per entry to participate.
  • Participants agree to comply with rules set by event organizers and the affiliated Association.
  • Events may be subject to change or cancellation. In such cases, we will offer alternative solutions or refunds as applicable.
  • Some events may have age or skill-level requirements, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Listing Services & Vendor Responsibilities

We provide a shop listing service that allows vendors to list their shops, including business details, location, and offerings, for users to view.

  • Vendor Obligations:

    • Vendors must ensure that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
    • Vendors agree not to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
    • We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies or are reported as inaccurate.
    • Vendors are responsible for resolving any disputes with users independently.

  • User Responsibilities:

    • Users acknowledge that the listings are provided by third parties, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any shop listed.
    • We are not responsible for any outdated, false, misleading, or inappropriate content provided by vendors.
    • We are not responsible for any disputes, transactions, or interactions between users and vendors.

  • Listing Removal: We reserve the right to suspend or remove a shop listing at our discretion if it violates our terms, receives multiple complaints, or is inactive for an extended period.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our facilities, affiliated partner facilities, or events.
  • Errors in product descriptions, pricing, or event details.
  • Technical issues, data breaches, or loss of personal information due to third-party services (e.g., payment processors).
  • Actions of third-party partners or users.
  • Any disputes, damages, or issues arising from vendor listings, shop visits, or transactions between users and vendors.

Users and vendors assume all risks associated with using the listing services and engaging in transactions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wheretodarts, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or disputes related to vendor listings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation, and failing that, will be settled by binding arbitration in Singapore.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
